Welcome to www.chinamet.com.cn! Our portal adopts the membership service, and we endeavor to provide our members the best service. Sincerely hoping you would be our members. Before you become our members, please read the following service items carefully.

With the development of our business, we would timely update the content of our Chinamet.com and some service items in order to make sure that we can provide you better service. We would like to notify you at the homepage of our portal, noticing you all changes we made about our portal and all information, which you think useful. You can get the notice as long as you log in our portal. If changes of service items need to be confirmed by you, we would like to notice you to pay attention to the changed items before you enter into the next page.  If you accept the changed content, just click the button “Acept”, and then you can use all the information in our portal. If you don’t accept the changed content, you cannot continue to enjoy our services. Be aware that if you continue to use our services, you must accept all the service items we propose; if you object to any of these service items or you show different views to the revised items, you can click the button “Refuse”.

Sources come from CCCME, international chamber of commerce, the Economic & Commercial Counselor’s Office of the People’s Republic of China in different nations, large suppliers and manufacturers of machinery and electronics all over the world, which help your company and products access to the global market.
2.3	Provide you powerful online negotiating platform. If you find suitable buyers, sellers or products you need vie our portal, you can negotiate with your partner for transactions through offering and counter-offering by way of phone, email, etc.
2.4	Provide you with e-mail so as to contact you easily. 
2.5	Provide you with the latest news on economy and trade every day, helping you timely get a general idea of the trends of machinery and electronics field home and abroad.
2.6	Present you the service of inquiring relative laws and regulation about the machinery and electronics industry.
2.7	Present you the latest customs statistics on the machinery and electronics products

3.  Charge: 
Members of our portal can be classified into two types: one is free membership, and the other the charged one. According to different charge fees, charged membership is divided into advanced charged membership and ordinary charged membership. We only entitle the charged members to enjoy the following services: powerful online negotiation, customs statistics advanced search, and market survey on world machinery and electronics products. We also gives preferential privileges of getting the latest trade opportunities to our charged members. We provide you different amount of product shows including photos in accordance with your member levels. The members of CCCME (China Chamber of Commerce of Imports and Exports of Machinery and Electronics Products) would enjoy preferential privilege of enjoying the sources on our portal. 

4.  Service Items 

Chinamet.com members should confirm to the following items.  

4.1.1 Information you present should be accurate, and product info should be true. Be sure to inform us if you want to make any of your data changed.

4.1.2 Information should be legal, and don’t release any message, which includes the following content of slandering, terrifying others, damaging others’ fame and containing obscene words. It is not allowed to release and publicize the following message, whose content tends to be of retroaction, intimidation and aggression, or against the laws and regulations of our nation.

4. 1.3 Documents should be virus-free and should not contain any computer programme, which may destroy the regular operation of our portal. 

4.1.4 Information users provide can be in the form of either words or pictures. But whatever users provide should not infringe the copyright, trademark and rights of the third party. We wont take any responsibility towards the disputes aroused by users infringing acts.

4.1.5 Information you provide should not be against any law and regulation of our nation.

4.1.6. Products you release should not be gotten through corruption, cheating or by other unfair means.

4. 1.7 Users should not release any message that stimulates others to commit crimes.
4.1.8 Users should not release any message that damages our profits or makes our portal against laws and regulations.  

4. 2 Users should not send us junk mails or any mail arousing mail system to make mistakes, and users should not use mail service to send chain mails or sub-release your emails to others without our permission.  

4.3 Users will be full responsible for your Username/ID and passport. You should take whole liability to all activities and events done by using your username.

4.4 In order to make us smoothly use your released information and avoid damaging your rights, you should accept us to share all your information for a long time and for free. That is to say, we have the right to use the information you release onto our database.    

4. 5 Any form of robot program is not allowed, and without written permission, you should not monitor or copy our portal by using robot programmes, other auto programmes or by employing spies.       
4. 6 We own the copyright and release license of all the information on our portal. Users should not freely copy, paste, revise, cite and publicize any information, unless permitted. Users who accepted our services should allow us to send some relevant information into your emails on a regular or irregular basis.
4. 7. Users who use our mail service, should abide by the web agreement,, provision and programme concerning mail service, not make it illegal use.   
4. 8 Users undertake any civil or criminal liability for your own activities. 
4.9 Users accept to maintain and protect the benefits of chinamet.com, charging all the fees caused by your violating our service items. Fees should include lawyer expenses, compensation expenses and other fees. 

5. Rights and liabilities: 
    
5.1 Our portal respect the privacy, copyright, trademark, and biz secrets.
5.2 Users personally take the risk of enjoying our services, and we don’t make any form of surety towards the risk. 
5.3 We don’t take any form of surety to any product information and trade transaction received from our platform. 
5.4 Currently, chinamet.com need not be responsible for any one and any third party, so we can terminate our services at any time. 
5.5, If we judge users’ acts against the service items, we can cancel their qualification of receiving services. 
5.6 We have the right to send all users all kinds of mails and notice if we think necessary, and notice can be transmitted in the form of e-mail or regular mail. 

 5.7 Chinamet.com will revise some of the service items when necessary, if so, we will notify you of the revised items, and if you accept the revised items, you can continue to accept our service. If you don’t accept the revised items, we will terminate those services for you.  

6.  Users’ account number, and password 
Once the user is succeed in registering and become the legal user of global machinery website, you can get a password and user name. User will be completely responsible for them, in addition every user must be responsible for the acts and incidents under the user name. You can change your password when you find other use your account number illegally or other unsafe conditions, and please notify us meanwhile. 

Unless stated by our portal in public, otherwise, all notices shall be delivered in the form of E-mail address, telephone or fax by our portal. The notice will be regarded as being successfully arrived the destination 48 hours after it is sent unless the sender have been informed that the invalidation of the E-mail address prior to the sending. 
    
7. Service termination

Members should strictly abide by the service items, and we maintain the right to revise and add more items, to terminate the services to users at any time. When any or some users act against the service items, we can give them warnings or temporally terminate the website service to them. Chinamet.com will cancel your membership, thus terminating its service to you, when you go against the agreement made by both parties, when we prove that you provided information is not true, and when we think your acts would violate laws, or damaging the interests of our portal and customers.  

The users can execute their following rights if they disagree with the service items and the amendments of service articles, or unsatisfied by the service provided us:
  (1) To stop the utilization of the services provided by www.chinamet.com
  (2) To inform GMW to terminate its services to them.

Along the termination of services from chinamet.com, the users’ right to use the Website will be terminated simultaneously. Since then, the users have no right to ask us and our portal has  no obligation to deliver any unprocessed information or provide any services to the users or the third party.
   

8. Service warranty system:

Currently, users must take all risks of using our service, our portal and our suppliers will not take any forms of warranty. Our portal will not take warranty to assure of meeting needs of its customers, and neither will it assure not to terminate service. It wont take warranty about the occurrences of not providing service in time, lacking safety and making mistakes when providing its service, obstacles occurred by software imperfect service during the course of info release and losing information when using its service. 
    
9. Exemption Clause:
 
www.Chinamet.com as the bridge of linking trader from home and abroad, it is only a channel and platform for manufacturers and trading companies to contact each other, therefore, our liability is only to help companies and users to release information and provide online contact ways. Apart from the service items which it gives a clear indication, it wont take any liability or take any legal responsibility for any loss when using the website service, and any damage caused by linking the portal and then getting some relevant info, products and services.  
 
Users can use the information on our platform to contact and negotiate the potential customer. But considering the completely safe online transactions not available, much of the trade deals should be done by traditional ways; certainly you can contact your customers with the help of us. However, we cannot totally control, (although we would do our best to make sure of) the authenticity, accuracy of all the information, the quality, quantity, safety, specification, and trade capability of both parties. Therefore I remind all the users that you must be careful and prepare to take some emergent measures so as to avoid the cheat done by illegal parties, for using the information on our portal is to some content risky. 

10. Law
All the services conditions are to be accord with the law and legal regulations of the PRC, and chinamet.com has the right to explain the agreement. 
 
Both user and chinamet.com agree to obey the jurisdiction of courts after both parties don’t want to consult with each other. 

In case any of services conditions crash with the law of the PRC, they shall be re-interpreted according to the law, while the other conditions will remain their legal effects over its user.
